Pain and Mobility Problems
Do you want to move better, get fit, have less pain? Get a thorough assessment of your current exercise routines plus any recreational and professional activities, and leave with custom home exercise recommendations and a follow up treatment plan.
Even though yoga is everywhere, it can be intimidating to jump into a class, especially if you have injuries or aren't sure which poses will be healthy for your body. I offer private and small group yoga classes to help you feel comfortable and confident and provide customized modifications. Also great for birthdays, weddings, and special events!
Recovery and Healing
While different from Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy can also include manual work such as soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and passive stretching to help your body recover from intense workouts and heal faster from injuries.
It shouldn't hurt to go to work! Get recommendations on workspace changes, modifications or supplemental equipment plus exercises and stretches to help manage pain and promote comfort while working.
